What do I need to provide for portrait commission?
I require one or two in focus, high resolution, high quality, close up photographs of the subject. Preferably with some contrast (light and dark areas).
How long will it take for the portrait to be completed?
This is going to vary according to the density of my schedule. Short answer: as long as it takes. Ideally no more than a couple of weeks, but there will be a dialog between myself and the purchaser.
What can I expect with the acetone prints?
The acetone prints are printed on high quality premium matte 148+ gsm paper. They are shipped rolled for their protection and ease and cost of shipping.
Will I need to frame the prints?
Short Answer: Yes. Ever try to ship glass? It’s fragile AF and expensive as hell.
Less Short Answer: As mentioned above the prints are shipped rolled for their protection as well as to keep shipping costs down. Also framing taste is as varied and individual as art and home decor taste; I’d rather not make that decision for you. This allows you to choose the framing option that fits both the print and your home or office decor.
Will the prints look exactly as they do on my device?
No. There will be slight colour differences owing to the fact that on a computer or phone the image is made up of light, the printed image is made up of ink. But it’ll be pretty damn close!
Shipping and Returns Policy
All prints are inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
Processing Time: The time required to process an order will vary, anywhere from 3-14 business days to prepare and ship an item.
For any overseas order processing will be the same but shipping times will vary, it’s a big planet. Chad Budyk Art will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
Where possible if you are ordering more than one item, items will be packaged together to avoid unnecessary packaging and shipping costs. If your items require separate packaging then please contact us directly.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept cancellations. But please contact us with any problems with your order.

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
